About My Practice

I am a financial professional with over forty years of accounting, tax, financial planning and business consulting experience. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).

I offer my clients an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of marital dissolution. Whether analyzing and/or calculating separate vs. community interests, tracing, or forensic investigation, I have the ability to decipher, analyze and summarize complex financial affairs in a straightforward and easy to understand work product. Closely-held businesses, flow-through entities (e.g. partnerships, S corporations, LLCs and LLPs), executive compensation plans (restricted stock units, stock options, non-compete agreements, qualified and non-qualified retirement arrangements, etc.) all present unique challenges and issues. I help my clients obtain a fuller understanding and navigate through these complexities.

It is important that both parties in a divorce understand the long-term effect of financial decisions made today. What appears good initially may not be beneficial in the long-term. Reaching a satisfactory financial settlement is a critical part of the divorce process. Doing so while preserving and supporting the individual dignity of the parties is also important. Working as a neutral Financial Specialist in the collaborative divorce process, I am committed to helping my clients achieve both.
