About My Practice
Marcey Navarro has 20+ years working with children and families. Her therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and eclectic. Marcey believes therapy holds the potential for profound positive change and views it as a mutual journey of growth and discovery. She understands that everyone’s perspective is different, and their personal experiences play a significant role in shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Encouraging clients to explore and navigate through their own life narrative helps them gain insight into how their past may be affecting their and/or their families present well-being and happiness. By doing the work, clients uncover negative patterns and learn coping strategies to increase peaceful moments and positive experiences, as well as improve relationships. Her approach encourages clients to take an active role in their own healing and growth process.
