I am dedicated to tailoring our work to your needs. My training includes Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), play therapy, sand tray, attachment, trauma, mindfulness, Gestalt, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems, Brain Spotting, mediation, Shared Parenting Support.
