Chad A. Miller is a Certified Family Law Specialist, managing partner, divorce litigator, certified divorce mediator, and certified collaborative divorce attorney at Miller & Associates, Attorneys LLP. Mr. Miller has worked in family law, high conflict custody matters as well as complex property division issues, including division of multi-million dollar businesses, real estate, retirement benefits, and tracing issues. His personal experience with his own business and real estate investments makes him uniquely aware of complex division, income, and tax issues. Mr. Miller is an aggressive litigator who is dedicated to counseling clients on the cost-benefit associated with each legal tool and strategy. However, Mr. Miller also understands and appreciates the benefits of alternative dispute resolution which is why he is a certified divorce and family law mediator and certified collaborative attorney. Mr. Miller obtained is bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, at Davis, double-majoring in Economics and International Relations. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, he received the prestigious “Witkin Award” and was placed on the Dean’s Honor List.
